SGW70 Series High Pressure Reciprocating Pumpcan be used as high temperature and high-pressure water power source and used for washing pipeline with large or small aperture, washing ship, washing working pieces, derusting and water etch cutting. They can transfer high temperature water, high temperature oil emulsion and liquids with chemical properties similar to that of water. The hydraulic end of the pump is equipped with relief valve and throttle valve to constitute its own system. Adjusting throttle valve can be suitable for different flow capacity . Bearing driving are adopted at the power end of the pump (between crankshaft and connecting level ) . The process of grinding teeth is adopted in manufacture of the gears so that driving is stable , noise and vibration are low and splash lubrication method is adopted . The pump can continuously run for 24 hours and water-cooling system is independent . We can provide customer with a variety of washing machine , valves , high-pressure tube and ejection gun to constitute a complete unit; and mate various power source according to the requirement of customers.
