XP-30A jet-grouting drill on the base of XP-30 jet-grouting drill.
Through the combination of different module this machine may
perform various operating process as fixed jet, swing jet and
rotated jet, etc. as well as various construction requirements as
single, double and triple jet.2) Applied in various soft base ground reinforcement constriction,
permeability-reducing procedure of high-rise building basement,
repairing of river bank and pier reinforcement of road and railway,
etc.

1) Drill machine has a sound performance of applicability to

jet-grouting processing through applying new type module.
2) When drill machine is carrying out operation on certain soft
layer, hole forming and rotation jet may perform once in all
operation. In case of rotation jet lifting, the depth of rotation
jet shall not exceed the height of sub-tower （18 m）; During the
operation the drill rod need not to be dismantled to perform
one-off rotation jet stake forming.
3) Drill machine applied a full hydraulic technology: removal and
turning of drill machine, velocity variation of power head, drill
lifting and drill for tower crane lifting shall apply hydraulic
control which is easy for convenient and flexible operation,
time-saving, and labor saving in maintenance. 4) Special technology applied in Framework moving is to use no bed
timber during the process of drill moving which may greatly reduce
the intensity of labor and cost of construction and raise the
operating efficiency.
