GXY-2 Core drilling rig is a kind of spindle-standing rotatory
drilling rig. It was developed by US. It is suitable for
engineering geological prospecting, solid minerals survey and
exploration, mound grout and drainage of all kinds of concrete
structure. It can choose bits, such as diamond bits, hard alloy
bits, steel sand bits, and spiral bits while drilling in accordance
with different formation.
The drill has some characteristics as following: 1.It has eight speed steps and can realize concentrated change gear
and mutual automatic lock as well. And with high torque for low
speed, it is suitable for many situations.
2.It has two speeds of reverse rotation for dealing with
malfunction safely.
3.It is convenient for clamping and loosing drill heave with
hydraulic chuck fixed center automatically. The drill also has oil
pressure feed structure so that its drilling capacity is strong for
inflicting pressure and bringing up heavy.
4.It is equipped with sufficient meters for indicating the
conditions in the hole and with only a few operating handles for
flexible and reliable operation.
5.The drills clutch employs double flakes closed friction coupling.
Both opening and closing are flexible, both operating and adjusting
convenient.
6.With compact structure, light weight, convenient disassembly and
assembly so it is better to work in the hilly land or mountain
